Rate limits
How many requests a minute each plan allows per API key, and what a limited request returns.
Every request with an API key counts against that key's limit for your plan:
| Plan | Requests a minute per key |
|---|---|
| Pay as you go | 60 |
| Starter | 300 |
| Pro | 600 |
| Scale | 1,200 |
A request over the limit returns 429 rate_limited with Retry-After: 60. Wait that many
seconds before you send again.
An additional limit of 60 requests a minute may apply per source IP address.
A working integration does not reach it, and a limited request also returns 429 rate_limited
with Retry-After.
GET /v1/openapi.json needs no key and is not limited per key. A client token
has its own limit of 60 requests a minute; minting one counts against your key.
